Returns, swaps & refunds
Every PATONGA tee is printed to order in Australia, just for you. Here’s how we look after you if something isn’t right.

Faulty, misprinted or damaged
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged or faulty, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund, your choice. You don’t need to send anything back.

Lost in transit
If your order hasn’t arrived 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, email us and we’ll reship it or refund you.

Wrong size
One free size swap per order, within 30 days of delivery. The tee needs to be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Email us first with your order number and the size you need, and we’ll send you the return address. You cover the postage back to us; we print and ship the new size for free.

Change of mind
Because every tee is made to order, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind. Check the size guide on each product before you order, or email us and we’ll help you pick.

What we can’t cover
• Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address. We’re happy to reship once the new postage is paid.
• Parcels left unclaimed at the post office.
• Small variations in print placement (within about 1 cm), which are normal for printed-to-order garments.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Allow a few business days for your bank to process it.
